Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 working days of placing the order and before the product is dispatched.
- Cancellation requests after the product is dispatched will not be entertained.
Cancellation Charges
- A ₹100 cancellation charge will be applied if the order has already been packaged but not yet dispatched.
Non-Refundable Components
- Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable or adjustable in case of cancellations.
Refund Policy
Refund Timeline
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5-8 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Refunds for Returns & Exchanges
- As per our Return & Exchange Policy, we do not provide refunds for returned products. Defective or replaceable items will be exchanged as per the stated guidelines.
- Claims without a valid box-opening video (uncut, unmerged, showing the original packaging and defect) will not qualify for any refund or exchange.
Refund Rejection
- Refund requests will be denied for any claims made under false pretenses, misuse of our policies, or lack of proper evidence (e.g., missing unboxing video).

- Order Cancellation Confirmation: A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful cancellation.
- Processing Delays: If there are delays in the refund process due to banking or technical issues, our team will notify you promptly.
