At Fikar Not Accessories, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless experience. Please read our updated Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a request.

Important Highlights:

  1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
    • A continuous, unedited, and unmerged box-opening video showing the real packaging and condition of the product is mandatory to initiate a return or exchange claim.
    • Videos must clearly show:
      • The product being removed from its original sealed packaging.
      • Any damage or defect in the item.
    • Claims without an appropriate video will not be entertained.
  2. Return Request Process
    • Contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product to report any issue and obtain a Return Request Number (RRN).
    • Only packages with a valid RRN will be accepted for processing.
  3. Exchange Conditions
    • Exchanges are applicable only for defective items falling under the “replaceable category.”
    • Fikar Not Accessories does not accept returns or process exchanges for:
      • Broken, mutilated, or damaged items due to mishandling after delivery.
      • Items reported after the 2-day window.
    • Products that do not qualify under our inspection guidelines will be returned to the customer.
  4. Packaging & Shipping Responsibility
    • All products are meticulously packed by our team to ensure safe delivery.
    • Any claim of receiving a wrong or fake product will be thoroughly investigated.
    • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the defective product for return to avoid further damage during transit.
  5.  No Returns, Only Exchanges
    • We do not offer returns on any products.
    • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or replaceable-category items.

Additional Rules & Notes:

  • No Tampering with the Product or Packaging: Returned items must include all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
  • Fraudulent Claims: Claims of receiving fake or incorrect items are taken seriously. If found fraudulent, the customer may be blacklisted from future purchases.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed to be due to our error.
